Yesterday got fitness and now my body is still aching.Yesterday run at the JC track 400m-12 rounds,300m-6,200m-6.100m-6,50m-12.I skipped 2 rounds of 200m.haha..I say i want to go toilet then stay until they do 100m then i come out.haha..It was really tiring.But fun when there's a team support.After track suppose to have Vas session but it was cancelled.So went home,eat then sleep.Then woke up at 6.50 then go silat.I've learned to use the Toyak,a long wooden stick.Then went home,eat and sleep again.

Today,just came back from JB with family.We eat,shopping then go home.Now nothing to do.bye.
